You can create a Frequently Asked Questions like the one you see right now. The standard way to create a FAQ is to do it manually in HTML since there is a lack of tools for creating a FAQ. If you have to change something, you have to do it in HTML. FAQ.camp wants to make this easier!
To create a FAQ is completely free since this product is in an early stage. The main features will stay free forever. Some of the functions will only be available with the Pro Plan. If you register an account now, you will be noticed before the change of the pricing takes effect.
You can go here and register a new account. Once you're logged in, you can start building a FAQ right away.
You don't have to provide any payment data like creditcard numbers right now.
I'm using Firebase to save your data securely. The FAQs are hosted in an Amazon Webservices S3 Bucket. That ensures, that your FAQ is always available and will never be down.
Click on Embed in the nav of the app. You can choose to embed the FAQ with javascript or link to the version on FAQ.camps servers. In both cases, you can copy the provided code into the code of your website and you're done.
To sort your categories, click on the button labeled SORT CATEGORIES. The button just appears, if you created more than one category. An overlay will open. In this overlay, you can sort the categories with drag and drop.
To sort questions, hover over a question. An icon with two arrows appears. Use this button as a handle for drag and drop the question to another position.
Click on Builder in the nav of the app. You will see a button labeled ADD CATEGORY. Click on it and a new category appears. If you hover over the category, an icon with a pen appears. Click on it to edit the category. To delete a category, you can click the icon with a trash can. Deleting categories is possible, if the category doesn't contain any questions.
If you change anything in the app a button on the bottom will appear. It is labeled PUBLISH FAQ. Click on it and your changes will be published.
